some unpleasant memories but it has been just the opposite with Beach
Homes. We have been very pleased with our home and continue to be pleased.
Our property is located on the water with some extreme weather
conditions but our home is well built, energy efficient, comfortable and
just beautiful besides being reasonably priced with fine craftsmenship.
We interviewed three additional builders before deciding on Beach
Homes and after the fact, are quite sure that we made the absolute right
decision.
The staff members at Beach Homes were always friendly, responsive
and efficient. During our initial interviews, we were assured that they
would be responsible for handling all the necessary details from
obtaining all necessary permits, knocking down our old beach cottage
and building our dream home to the point of just opening the door to
enjoy. They kept their word and followed through with each and every
promise! We are especially cognicent of the outstanding job that Holly
did with the numerous details and planning, Rex for his supervision of
fine craftsmen and completing all work to our ideals and Kelly for
helping us to correct minor adjustments. We are thrilled and would
highly recommend them to anyone considering to build a new home!

My experience with Beach Homes has been nothing but pleasant. Everyone involved with the purchase of my new home at Breeder's Crown Farm has been friendly, professional and always ready to answer any question I had.
My first encounter was with Orville Sellers, who is a fantastic sales person. He took as much time as necessary to go over all aspects of my purchase of my home. Holly, Andrea and Kelly were wonderful to work with. They are true professionals.
I moved to Delaware from New York, Everyone at Beach Homes made the transition so easy for me. They helped with connecting me to the financers and to getting legal assistance.
Bill McMahon, the president of Beach Homes is a hands on executive. I have personally seen him check out the work being done on each home. He has been on the sites after the workers have gone and cleaned up around the lot. This says a lot about the kind of person he is. He takes a lot of pride in the homes.
These homes are beautifully built. The quality of the home is great and the price is very affordable, which is really important. I am very happy with the way my home turned out. This is a great community with lovely people.
Beach Homes is a great organization and they have made my move to Delaware a great experience. My house is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

From the start we have been impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and the cooperation in making the numerous changes we requested to the house. Moving walls and enclosing walls were no problems for your staff. The home was even delivered before the original completion date!
All the people we had contact with at Beach Homes are outstanding, starting with Orville, Paul and all the people at the main office.
